Typically our watch polishing process takes 5 business days . For those in a hurry, we also offer an express service which is usually completed within 24 hours .

Please note that watch polishing is not one of our main specializations. Therefore, we only offer this service for watches with a maximum value of €2,900. In exceptional cases and after prior agreement, higher-priced models are also possible.

Our guarantee:

We provide a one-year guarantee on the mechanical function of the watch from the date of purchase. We only guarantee the water resistance of (vintage) watches if this has been expressly agreed in writing. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by water or moisture that has penetrated the watch.

Also not covered are:

• Damage caused by improper handling or accidents
• Parts such as bracelets, case components (e.g. pushers, crown, bezel), watch glass, dial or hands
