Service and warranty

Each watch is carefully selected and inspected by our team. After purchase, each watch undergoes a thorough inspection, a complete overhaul if necessary, and comprehensive testing. This ensures that every watch meets our high quality standards.

We recommend thoroughly inspecting the watch upon receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately. We offer a 14-day return policy. Once we receive the watch back in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price – no questions asked.

Our guarantee:

From the date of purchase, we provide a one-year warranty on the mechanical function of the watch. We only guarantee the water resistance of (vintage) watches if this has been expressly agreed upon in writing. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by water or moisture that has penetrated the watch.

Also not covered are:

• Damage caused by improper handling or accidents
• Parts such as watch straps, case components (e.g., pushers, crown, bezel), watch crystal, dial or hands
