Shipping conditions
Shipping area
We ship worldwide. Shipping is usually handled by DHL or an equivalent shipping provider.
Shipping costs
- Within Germany: flat rate €6.19 (insured package).
- International: Shipping costs depend on the destination and the current DHL rates for an insured 2 kg package (size S). The exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery time
- Within Germany: approx. 2–5 working days.
- International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping provider.
Important information regarding international shipments (outside the EU, e.g. Switzerland)
Our prices are net prices and do not include German VAT (§ 19 UStG – small business regulation).
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and handling fees may be charged by customs or the shipping service provider.
These fees are to be borne by the buyer and will not be refunded by us.
Return information
In the event of a cancellation, we (Justin Wichmann and Louis Schoch GbR) will bear the costs of returning the goods.
Further information
- Each shipment is assigned a tracking number , which is made available to the customer after shipment.
- We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider or customs.
