General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop stahlmann-watches.com by consumers (§ 13 BGB) or entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) with us, Justin Wichmann and Louis Schoch GbR (operating under the brand name “Stahlmann”), Bergweg 3, 72290 Loßburg, Germany.

2. Contractual partners, customer service
The purchase agreement is concluded with Justin Wichmann and Louis Schoch GbR. For questions or concerns, you can reach our customer service on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at info@stahlmann-watches.com or by phone at +49 176 41707275 .

3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs upon order confirmation via email.

4th delivery
Delivery within Germany is usually handled by DHL. Delivery to other countries may be possible in individual cases, but is not guaranteed. Delivery time is 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna (purchase on account)

The transaction is processed via Shopify Payments or the respective payment providers. Your payment details are transmitted securely using encryption.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Transport damage
Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any obvious damage immediately to the delivery person and to us.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months. Guarantees only exist if they are explicitly stated with the product.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for:

  • Damages resulting from injury to life, body or health
  • intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • according to the Product Liability Act

In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

12. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers habitually resident abroad, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of that country also apply.

14. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
