Cancellation policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,
- In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Justin Wichmann and Louis Schoch, Bergweg 3, 72290 Loßburg, Germany, email: info@stahlmann-watches.com , phone: +49 176 41707275 ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you – excluding delivery costs – without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
