How do I know which bracelet size I need?

How do I know whether to order 18, 20 or 22 mm?

The lug width is the distance between the lugs of your watch – where the strap sits.
To select the correct size (e.g., 18, 20, or 22 mm), you can proceed as follows:

  • To measure: Place a ruler or caliper from the inner edge to the inner edge of the horns and measure the distance in millimeters. The result is your bridge width (e.g., 20 mm).
  • Read the old bracelet: The lug width is often stamped on the inside of the old bracelet, e.g. “18”, “20” or “22”.

Important: Always choose a watch strap with exactly the same lug width so that it fits perfectly and securely on your watch.

How do I attach a NATO watch strap?

NATO straps are particularly easy to change because the spring bars remain in the watch.
The strap is simply guided through the bridges and under the casing.
This is how you can quickly give your watch a new, sporty look.

Step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Preparation

Place your watch face down on a soft, scratch-resistant surface.
(e.g., a microfiber cloth) to protect the case and glass. Check that both spring bars are secure.
are firmly and correctly inserted.

Step 2: Thread the NATO strap

Place the NATO strap in front of you with the clasp facing down.

Guide the long end of the strap from the 12 o'clock side (top) from behind.
between the housing and the upper spring bar.

Pull the tape all the way through and then guide it from behind.
between the case and the lower spring bar (6 o'clock side).

Step 3: Align the tape

Pull the strap through until the watch sits in the center of the strap.

If your NATO strap has a second, shorter loop, thread the long end through it.
This additional loop ensures the watch sits securely and doubles the strap.
It lies under the casing.

Step 4: Putting on the watch

Place the watch around your wrist as usual, threading the end of the strap through the clasp.
and the metal keepers, and tighten it to the desired length. Excess strap end
can be pushed back under the goalkeeper.

Tip: If the watch sits too high on your wrist, you can wear the strap a little looser.
or choose a NATO strap made of thinner material. Also, make sure that both spring bars are securely fastened.
While the NATO strap offers additional security, it only holds optimally with secure prongs.
